Being a frequent visitor to the coffee temple Brød, Kaffe og The know for their "Kaffe med respekt", I was pleased to find this excellent collection of articles by espresso guru Dave Schomer: Espresso Vivace.

All it takes is 7 grams of beans, 5-7 cl of water at 95 Cm, a steam pressure of 10 bars and 25-27 seconds of patience. Simple and yet an art so hard to perfect. Respect to all the passionate barristas of the world!

Motorcycling in the Chernobyl area... some would call it an extreme sport: here's the photo diary: "I travel a lot and one of my favorite destination lead through poisoned with radiation, so called Chernobyl 'dead zone' It is 130kms from my home. Why favourite? because one can ride there for hours and not meet any single car and not to see any single soul. People left and nature is blooming, there are beautiful places, woods, lakes."
